What is lit.pub?

An experiment, for now. We’re really trying to use the internet and technology for the good of books (really). That means writers, readers, booksellers, and the entire ecosystem, but we think it’s editors first. Our mission is to help grow book readership. Editors are foundational to this project: their love for and expertise in books is what makes it possible for writers and readers to connect through the medium. Disagree?

What do I give?

Your thoughts and ideas, as much as you’re willing to. We’re asking for a few minutes of your time with a quick questionnaire.

Why should I give?

You want to make publishing better and more equitable. You at least somewhat agree that growing long-form readership is a good thing.

What do I get?

The good feels of pitching in to get a mission you believe in off the ground. Lots of gratitude (+ opportunity for further involvement with the project, if you care about that sort of thing).
